Biography
Dr. Jeanie Bukowski is an associate professor in the Institute of International Studies at Bradley University. She is a former Fullbright Scholar to Spain and is faculty advisor to the campus International Affairs Organization. In 2001 she received the Caterpillar New Faculty Achievement Award for Teaching. Her most recent publications include Re-distribution of Authority: A Cross-Regional Perspective and \\\"Development Policy in Andalucia and Catalonia.\\\"
