ACDIS Research and Teaching Assistant receives Benjamin A. Gilman Scholarship

Paisley Meyer, ACDIS Research Assistant and NPRE 483 Teaching Assistant, has received the Gilman Scholarship! Paisley is one of twelve University students to be named as a recipient. Paisley is a Global Studies major who is heading to Vienna, Austria for the Spring 2019 semester to study Political Science at the University of Vienna. She will then stay for summer to work with the US Mission to the Organization for Security and Co-Operation in Europe (OSCE). The OSCE works for peace, stability, and democracy for more than a billion people across Eastern Europe, the Balkans, the Caucuses, and Central Asia through its in-country missions and regional projects that contribute to sustainable progress.

ACDIS is incredibly proud of Paisley, and wish her well in Vienna this Spring!
